What to do when family violence is happening?

Family violence tends to follow a pattern. In order for that to change, someone either has to reach out or has to step in and intervene.

It is recommended to talk to a trusted adult and reach out for help. There are many community resources for people who need help. Please check out the following phone numbers and website links and find the resources that fit your needs or the needs of someone you know.
